Brakes & Air System
Brake systems are critical safety components. Perform a complete brake inspection:

Air pressure builds to governor cut-out (100-125 psi)

Low air warning activates at correct pressure
-
Brake pedal feels firm, not spongy

Parking brake holds vehicle
-
No audible air leaks
Air Leak Test
With engine off and brakes released, air loss should not exceed 3 psi per minute (single) or 4 psi (combination).
